Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, festivals, or high-order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 Business Days
Remote & Rural Areas: 5–12 Business Days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.
Free Shipping may be offered on selected products, categories, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability depends on product eligibility, serviceability, and delivery PIN code.
Spandeal reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, customers, products, or high-risk orders.
Additional COD handling charges may apply where applicable.
Customers may receive an order verification call, SMS, or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided by the courier partner.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
6. Packaging Standards
All orders are packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Fragile and sensitive products receive additional protective packaging.
Packaging methods may vary depending on product type and courier requirements.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.
Customers are requested to remain available at the provided delivery address and phone number.
Failure to accept delivery may result in the order being marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO).
8. Incorrect Address & Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Spandeal shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by:

Incomplete address
Wrong PIN code
Invalid phone number
Customer unavailability
Address modification requests may not be possible after dispatch.
9. Damaged, Opened, or Missing Items

A damaged package
A tampered package
Missing items
Wrong product
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
For faster resolution, customers may be required to provide:
Parcel opening video
Product photographs
Packaging images
Order details
Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.
