At Spandeal, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request may be accepted if:
The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product is significantly different from the description shown on the website.
The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products after opening.
Innerwear, intimate, and hygiene-related products.
Customized or personalized products.
Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete products.
Products returned without original packaging.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your Order ID.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will verify the request within 24–48 business hours.
Once approved, pickup or self-shipping instructions will be provided.
Spandeal reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification.
4. Return Shipping & Handling Charges
A return processing fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted where applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
COD handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping charges may apply in cases where the return is requested for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery.
5. Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and successfully inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or approved payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refused deliveries may be treated as Return-to-Origin (RTO) orders.
7. Return To Origin (RTO)
Orders returned due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address.
Customer unavailable during delivery attempts.
Order refusal at delivery.
Failure to accept delivery.
may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping, handling, platform, and operational charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Fraud Prevention
Spandeal reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or account access in cases involving:
Excessive return behavior.
False claims.
Product tampering.
Abuse of refund policies.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided if:
The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
The issue is reported after the return window has expired.
The returned product fails quality inspection.
The product category is listed as non-returnable.
