At Spandeal, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligible for Return

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging
  • Return request is raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Cosmetics & Beauty Products (opened or used)
  • Personal Care & Hygiene Products
  • Innerwear and intimate products
  • Products with 360Β° product video available (without cuts)
  • Products marked as β€œNon-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Charges

  • β‚Ή100 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
  • No refund if damage is caused due to customer misuse

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation allowed only during the order confirmation call
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • Late cancellations will be treated as returns

5. Return Process

  • Login to your Spandeal account
  • Go to My Orders β†’ Select Order β†’ Request Return
  • Upload clear images or videos of the product
  • Verification within 24–48 hours
  • Approved products will be picked up or self-shipped (seller policy)

6. Refund Policy

  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days after inspection
  • Prepaid orders β†’ Original payment method
  • COD orders β†’ Bank transfer or wallet

7. RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Order refusal

No refund will be issued in RTO cases.
